How many guests can you accomodate?
We typically suggest a guest count below 150 attendees; however, our venue can work with you to comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests.
Are tables & chairs for the ceremony and reception included in the rental fee?
Yes, we provide 200 white resin folding chairs, 20 60 inch round plastic tables, 10 8 foot rectangle banquet plastic tables and 20 8 foot rustic benches.
Where can I have my ceremony?
We provide couples with the option to choose between two picturesque ceremony settings for their special day: a serene pond featuring a graceful fountain or a charming willow tree embraced by stone walls crafted from stones sourced from a local quarry.
Where can I have my reception?
Dinner and reception will be held beneath a spacious 40x80 tent, elegantly set up on over 4000+ square feet of solid concrete ground.
Who can I have as my food caterer?
You may select any caterer pending approval by Barn Stay. The client and/or catering company is responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the catered site.
Do you have a bar minimum?
2024/2025
We do not provide any bar packages; however, we do offer a bar setup for your use. Feel free to bring along your preferred selection of alcohol and beverages. Please note that you will be responsible for arranging a bartender for your event.
2026
A bar package will be required. We are still working out the bar packages for 2026 as it will be a new offering for us as required by the new law in the state of Wisconsin.
Is there on-site parking?
Parking will be available around the perimeter of the barn, offering ample spaces for vehicles. In addition, there will be extra spots designated on the grass to accommodate guests attending the event.
What times do we have access to the property for our wedding?
If you book Barn Stay for your wedding weekend, you get exclusive access to the picturesque property starting at 9 am on Friday and lasting until 3 pm on Sunday, ensuring you have ample time to create unforgettable memories in this charming setting.
Will there be Barn Stay staff on-site during my event?
Yes, there will be a staff member present on site throughout the day and into the evening to ensure your day is safe and enjoyable for both you and your guests. Staff will oversee rental and address questions. Barn Stay staff are not wedding planners, coordinators or decorators. If you feel that is support that will be needed for your event, hiring a wedding planner and or decorator is strongly advised.
Are pets allowed?
Only animals owned by the bride and groom are permitted at the event.
Do you offer a tent heater?
If a heater is desired for your tent, it is the client's responsibility to rent one. We will only allow a commercial heater for our tent.
What type of restrooms are available?
The only restrooms available on-site are located in the barn where the lodging is situated. We recommend our guests to rent portable toilets to place outside near the tent for convenience.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, indeed, we do have liability insurance coverage to ensure protection in case of unforeseen circumstances.
